About Cindi

I was recently certified through The International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) as a reading tutor. I have experience working with homeschool and public school children who struggle with learning to read. I also have had experience tutoring college level math, science, and English. I have homeschooled my own children for 14 years now, giving me experience with a variety of grade school through high school curriculums. I have a few struggling readers among my own children that I have successfully taught to read. Of my seven children, my eldest has since graduated high school at home and gone on to college with great success. I am a 4-H leader, so I am used to instructing a large group of children. I have had a background check done though 4-H in order to be a leader, through the state police in order to volunteer at the public schools, and through care. com. I have worked at a preschool and have designed and run church programs for children.
