I have been a CNA at an assisted living facility for memory care for nearly a year now, and I have loved it since day one. Being able to make such a positive impact on the residents and their family is truly rewarding. With my position I provide assistance for some and total care for others. There are about 20 residents and one other care giver and it can become overwhelming so with this opportunity I would like to work more one on one so that I feel all needs are being met!
