About Cierra

I have worked at an in-home daycare throughout high school. During this time, I worked with children before and after school. I helped them with homework and stayed in contact with their parents before and after children arrived. During the summer periods, I provided help on daily field trips to the library and to park parties. Within the past couple of years I have gained experience with working with children at the Michigan State University Child Development Laboratories. I have worked with lesson planning around the child's developmental needs. I have also continued communicating with parents about how their child's day went. With this I have built relationships with parents and their children.
