About Cierra

Working with kids is an incredible journey for me. I feel a natural connection that makes the job so enjoyable. The children's creativity, playfulness, and their ability to conquer challenges are truly rewarding. Their curiosity keeps me learning, and building strong connections with them and their families is a big part of what makes this work special. Coaching a cheerleading team of young girls adds another layer to this journey, as it's not just about teaching moves; it's about instilling teamwork, discipline, and confidence. Making a difference in their lives means everything to me. I began working with kids at a young age, starting with looking after family members. Over time, I extended my experience to include babysitting for family friends who needed childcare. This journey allowed me to develop my skills and passion for working with children. My top three child care skills are centered around patience, creativity, and effective communication.
