When I first hired Cierra, I talked to her references and they all gushed about her. "You are so lucky to have her", they said. "She was amazing", "I can't tell you how grateful we were to have her". I'm now adding myself to the list of people who think Cierra is the best caregiver you could ever hope for. She is extremely easy to work with because she is a clear communicator who can easily keep track of tasks and schedules. She has what seems like an endless supply of patience. Her patience is so effortless it seems like no patience was even required. She is also a kind and pleasant person who seems to have the ability to 'fit right in' where ever she finds herself. I can't say enough nice things about her. Having her help taking care of my grandma, was one of the best decisions I made. If you get a chance to hire her, count your blessings and don't look back.
