About Cierra

For the past 3 years I have worked with the Boys & Girls Club of Missoula; First as the Site Director at the mid location, and then as the Ops Coordinator for the summer program. Each Summer I also ran a drama program for the 9-12 age group as a bit of a passion project. When not working on an art project with the kiddos, I enjoy getting outside, splashing around, podcasts, music, puzzles, playing cards, nature/science documentaries, hand-clapping games, movies and dance along videos. I'm a curious person, and like to encourage that in the little ones as well, so I also enjoy googling things that are brought up right in the moment, and then reading about it aloud. I grew up in CA, worked a recurring job in Yellowstone starting in 2011, fell in love with MT, moved to Missoula full time in 2014 and have been here ever since! My schooling is in photography and media arts. I am passionate about youth development, seeing the world through other people's lenses, and nature. Also, cats.
