About Cierra

I'm passionate about nurturing children's development and helping them reach their full potential. With three years of childcare experience under my belt, I've honed my skills in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young minds. I have some college education and am CPR and First Aid certified. As a caregiver, I'm patient, calm, and always ready to bring out the creativity and imagination in children. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and addressing any concerns they may have. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. My favorite part of being a caregiver is seeing the joy on children's faces when they learn something new or experience something wonderful. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning, and I'm always up for an adventure.
