About Cierra

During my undergraduate career I had the opportunity to care for children of different age groups. When I was a nursing student I received different experiences through my clinical. I bathed and took vitals for the children. Along with a few other students, I help to implement different care plan for the parents once they leave the hospital. Also, I worked at the child development center located across from my campus. After college, I worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute on the Neurobehavioral unit where I work with children from the age of 5 and up. I worked with kids who had multiple disabilities (etc autism, behavioral). I worked with this company for 6 years until I began to work as a Manager for residential living at the nonprofit organization Chimes. As a mom of a 5-year-old, I want to began to transition into working for myself during what I have always love which is caring for others.
