About Cierra

Hi there, my name is Cierra and I'm an energetic and creative 21-year-old! I fell in love with childcare around age 11 after taking care of my younger siblings and I love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but l have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a part time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $18/ hour. I have worked for 3 families, one for two years, and the other for 6 months while they prepared to move due to the military. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to cook and spend time with my animals!
