About Ciera

I've always had a passion for helping children grow and develop. I understand how to create a safe, nurturing environment for children of all ages. I am patient, creative, and gentle, which allows me to quickly build strong relationships with the children I care for. I have many years of experience in child care. I am the eldest of four children and grew up helping to care for them as well as frequently caring for my cousins and friends' children, all of whom had multiple children, including twins. I have also held jobs working with children ranging from therapist to summer camps. I am always available to discuss any concerns or issues that may arise and follow the parents' preferred communication method. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as long as they are clearly communicated to me by the parents.
