I've remained on this app to be available to families for private childcare per diem support and/or contract positions, and families tend to find me for their newborns and babies as their first child caregiver because of my background and ability to support the family's needs during this time of transition. For example, given my background and training I can help families identify their needs, build schedules, provide mom and baby support as requested, and introduce households to the many ways a professional caregiver can be of the most/best support for them! (Often this includes pieces of domestic tasks, pet care, mind and body wellness, integrative nutrition, and environmental medicine.) We loved Ciera!! She was wonderful and my infant got along with her immediately. Everyone in my family who met Ciera , loved her. She became a part of our family in just two months. Unfortunately for us, (but fortunately for her :) ) we had to part with her as she got a better opportunity in the field of her choice. Wishing her the best in her career!
