About Cidney

I'd describe my personality as charismatic, calm, and positive. I'm looking for a job that I can build a bond with the family's I am working for in hopes to better understand how I can be an asset to their lives. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old in a nursery setting with adult supervision. As I got older I began nannying for two family's who I worked with for four years until moving to college. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy reading, painting, and exercising. I also competed in rodeo, dance, and cheer which took up the majority of my spare time outside of academics. One thing you should know about me is I am a very dedicated and caring person. I will strive to be a help in any way possible. My goal is to build a relationship with the families I work for, I am also a very professional person and will respect any boundary set in place. My skills include conflict resolution, empathy, and communication.
