Dedicated & compassionate caregiver who knows how to keep a level head in emergencies. Specialization in looking after elderly and physically disabled. Most experienced with dementia and Alzheimer's. I will be obtaining my CPR recertification this month. For a snapshot personal bio- I am a wife & mother of three humans, four cats and gramma to my daughters guinea pigs. My youngest is on the autism spectrum, which has helped me have a personal understanding of dementia as well as insurance and medical billing concerns. I am an absolute animal lover. I am currently enrolled part time and working towards applying for the nursing program at Moraine Valley. My love for the healthcare profession began in 2005 as my mother's caregiver who passed in 2013. I am certified with the state of Illinois as a PCA through August. Professional references available.
