Scheduled an in person interview with Ciara after about a week of communicating. She confirmed the day of the interview and no showed. My husband and I own companies and are very busy! We rearranged our meetings and scheduled to accommodate her time slot available. I texted her three times to check in and she did not respond. If this is how she handles interviews, I have to assume she is not reliable or professional. Parents who are seeking nanny care have demanding careers and expect more than this. Wasted our time and took the slot of other candidates! Communication goes a long way. This was unacceptable. She does not respect other's time.
