About Ciara

I am 30 years old with two children, ages 8 and 4. I am a student at CSU, pursuing my bachelor's and then a master's degree, both in social work. My most recent job ended very unexpectedly, due to financial changes on my employers part. I have 10 years of daycare experience and 3 years of nannying. I have been able to bring my 4 y/o daughter with me to work, and I am hoping to find a family who will welcome her into the dynamic. My favorite activities involve music and movement, I also believe that spending time outside in nature is an essential part of any happy, productive day. I am a very patient and compassionate person. One of my biggest strengths while working with children is my ability to help them recognize, process, and work through their sometimes overwhelming emotions. Their safety and comfort are my absolute number one priority, but you can also count on them thoroughly enjoying their time spent with me.
