I've been caring for children for over 3 years and am passionate about fostering their growth and development. My previous babysitting experiences have been incredibly rewarding, and I cherish the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives. I'm a patient, calm, and friendly individual, and I believe these qualities make me an excellent caregiver. I prioritize clear and open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, and having verbal conversations at pickup. If any issues arise, I ensure parents are promptly updated via text or phone call. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I believe that consistency and structure are essential for children's well-being. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
