Hi! Thanks for stopping by - my name is Chyna. I've had pets all of my life and began dog sitting at age 10. Now 31, with four daughters, two dogs and a bunny, we're a full house but always looking to play with, care for and love on other pets! Since I home school, we are around most of the day. I will be able to provide around the clock care for those pets that need it most (elderly, separation anxiety, etc). During the times that we are not home, your dog will either be inside (or in a crate that would be provided by you). We live in the city (WDC) with a secure, fenced yard, and have a friendly pup named Jefe (unuttered male). We kindly ask that your dog be up to date on the following vaccines - Bordetella AND Rabies. We also ask that your dog be house broken (potty trained) and other animal and child friendly. Lastly, with our flexibility, we ask you provide us with at LEAST 2 days cancellation notice. References available upon request.

Chyna is the best of the best! I needed pet care for my two cats while I was away on a 3 week trip. I had originally planned to drop them off at a boarding facility but the boarding facility cancelled my appointment the day of drop off. I reached out to Chyna directly after posting this job when I saw her profile and she responded quickly. I informed her about my situation, specifically, that one of my cats has a chronic illness and would need to be administered 7 different medications 2 times daily. Chyna let me know she was not accustom to administering medications in cats rather dogs, but she was willing to be shown how to see if it was something she could handle over the next 3 weeks. She came over a day before my flight and immediately my (usually shy) cats took a liking to her. She was warm and very gentle and confident when shown how to administer medications. Over the 3 weeks I was away Chyna was meticulous about caring for my cats, she let me know immediately when she anticipated needing anything and even picked up medications for my cat when she was running out. Chyna is an excellent communicator and even sent us photos/videos of the cats which helped to ease our nerves. I was nervous having to leave my cats with someone at the last minute but I could not have asked for a better sitter than Chyna! She went above and beyond to ensure my cats were well taken care of. One of my cats even recovered from the respiratory infection he had developed prior to me leaving for my trip because of the consistent and loving care Chyna gave!
