I love caring for people with disabilities because when they feel supported and known, they are able go thrive. I'm looking for a job that helps me help another person explore new circumstances and become more confident in who they want to be. I started caring for people with special needs through a volunteer program when I was a teenager, have pursued emplyment in the non profit sector, and I continue to be involved in this community in my personal time. I feel particularly called to work with adults at this point in time. I spend my free time improving my wellness through crossfit, I enjoy a good puzzle on a rainy afternoon, and I am down to adventure just about anywhere
