About Christy

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, courageous, and fun. I like working with kids because my first paid job was as a babysitter. I became an elem. sch. educator and have taught K-6th grades, been a coach, and a district and building admin. I'm looking for a job that is helpful to others and fills me with passion and joy. I started working with kids when I accepted babysitting jobs. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my Goldendoodle, Luca, see family, ski, hike, play pickleball, yoga, road trips, travel, golf, swim. One thing you should know about me is I love connecting with children and adults. Young or old, teaching life skills/social and emotional learning skills is important to me and comes easily and naturally.
