Hi I am a college student looking for a childcare job for summer 2024. I am currently a biology major at App State in Boone, NC. I chose Appalachian bc I love the mountains and especially hiking. I thru hiked all 2, 100 miles of the Appalachian Trail that goes from Georgia to Maine this year and am now enjoying shorter hikes and camping. Before college, I was a caregiver for a family with 3 children ages 9, 7 and 5. I love introducing kids to the great outdoors and hope to find a great fit for next summer. I'm available 40 hours a week from late May till early August. Hope to hear from you soon!

Christy was a wonderful asset to our family. The kids love her and she is always positive and full of fun. Christy also has extensive knowledge of child development and brings years of practical experience to her interaction with children.
