About Christy

I'd describe my personality as conservative, honest and attentive to details I like caring for seniors because caring for those who no longer can care for themselves is fulfilling. I'm looking for a job that I can help those stay in their own home as long as possible and live their best life with what time they have left, whether it be 2 months or 10 years. I started caring for seniors when in high school. Before I graduated high school I was a CNA and worked in a nursing home. Alzheimer's Units were my favorite. I have experience with pediatric, pulmonary, psychiatric, Parkinson's and dementia In my spare time, I like to be with my family whether we are just at home or taking spontaneous road trips to the Smokey Mountains. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely focused at work and I treat my clients/patients as I would want my own parents cared for. My skills include safety in the home, organization with medication and MD appointments and learning my patient.
