This is the background check we require for all caregivers.
Experience: 10 yrs
My name is Christine. I would like to first describe myself. I feel that I am a compassionate, dedicated person. My career in the home health care arena began when my children were young and my father in law required at home care. I was fortunate to have helped him in his home for 3 years. Providing him safety and care in his years of need. During this time I also joined a local home care agency. I have been with the agency for 6 years and provided private duty care for 10 years. While raising my children, and providing the care for clients I have definitely found my passion in life. The clients I have had the pleasure in helping have been a bright spot in my life. I consider every one that I have been employed by have become a part of my family. I have enjoyed helping them and in turn have felt very fulfilled in meeting and getting to know and become a part of their family as well. I have found that the type of care needed, in most cases requires knowledge, compassion, patience and a love of helping others. My experience ranges from assisted living facilities, hospitals and in home care of clients ranging from 4 hour short term care to coordinating 24/7 long term care. Bathing, errands, housekeeping and medicine reminders are some of the care needs provided. Respect and safety are the highest priorities, without these components the care of another cannot be established and implemented with the clients feeling comfortable. I would be very happy to meet and introduce myself if you feel I could meet the needs of yourself or a family member. Thanking you in advance for your consideration. Sincerely, Christine.

After months of trying to find someone who could truly help my mother enjoy day to day activities, we found Christine! She is a one of a kind professional who is caring and smart! I rest assured knowing she comes to my mother's home three times a week to help her with shopping, cleaning and simply getting around. Presently, my mother does not need medical assistance, but knowing Christine has such a background also provides ease. We are lucky to have found her!
