As a speech-language pathology student, I bring a unique perspective to caregiving. This background allows me to better understand and support children's individual needs, especially when it comes to fostering their language, social, and emotional skills. I've also had 2. 5+ years of experience as a Behavior Interventionist, where I developed skills in promoting positive behavior, supporting communication development, and creating structured yet adaptable environments to help children thrive-skills I will actively apply in my caregiving. I value open and honest communication with parents, ensuring regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. What makes me stand out as a caregiver is that I am patient, yet creative. Also, with a strong attention to detail, I follow instructions precisely so that your child can have consistency in their environment. One fun fact is that I can speak four languages-English, ASL, Spanish, and Vietnamese!
