Hello! I'm retired and have volunteered at Preschool for four years, throughout the school year and summer day camps. Prior to this I assisted at a preschool in Fox Point for five years. And before that I was a teachers aide at an elementary school for five years. I'm college educated. I had my only child at 43, at which point I opted for part-time, school-hours work so I was home more and had summers off with my husband - a teacher - and our son. Along the way I found that I love working and playing with young children. I am currently a nanny 25 hours a week for two children, ages 4 & 5. That job will end May 31 after 10 months when their original nanny returns from a medical leave. I also volunteer at Riveredge Nature Center with homeschooled 7-year-olds two mornings a month. I am available in June.
