I give one on one attention and avoid screen time through play, art, crafts, singing, dancing, reading and exploring outdoors. If age appropriate - I'll teach letters, shapes, colors & counting. I'm a very patient, kind and nurturing caregiver and work closely with parents to keep schedules and behavior consistent. I keep written records or use an app to record our activities, diapers/potty and bottles/ meals. I'm certified in CPR, First Aid, AED and administering meds. I have a BA in Early Childhood Ed. from Hood College and am Delaware certified as an early care teacher/administrator. I'm comfortable with nanny cams & drop in visits. I enjoy pets of all varieties. Chris is the absolute best nanny! She was our daughter’s nanny for 10 months from age 18 months onward. If I could have taken her with me on the out of state move, I would have. At 2 years and 4 months our daughter had an expansive vocabulary, great motor skills, and was potty trained. I know that part of this success was due to Chris’s hands-on learning and involvement. I truly can’t say enough great things about Chris. Our whole family loves her!
