About Christine
I'd describe my personality as spunky, patient and kind. I like caring for seniors because I respect the lives they've lived and I enjoy helping them maintain dignity in being elderly. I'm looking for a job that gives me purpose and that I can give someone patience and give them a purpose in their life, I want to be a meaningful to them. I started caring for seniors when I was in my twenties. I've taken care of my own mother for 3 yrs up until she went into nursing home. In my spare time, I like to spent time with family and friends at the beach. One thing you should know about me is I am good at what I do and your family member will always have a smile on their face, I'm quirky and fun but make people comfortable and at ease. Christina (Tina) is a godsend when it comes to elder care. I can’t say enough about her, but I’m going to try. Her bubbly personality and smiley demeanor, instantly put her clients at ease. She is patient and kind and brings enthusiasm and positivity to work every day. Tina filled in throughout this summer and last, caring for my mother with dementia. Whenever mom saw Tina she was all smiles. Tina could get my mom to do things that at times she’d find challenging or frustrating. Whether it was puzzles or exercise class, Tina had mom engaged. I am very excited to have her continued help when we need her in the off season and next year when mom is back at her summer residence. I recommend her highly, and any family would be extremely lucky to have her!
