Chrissie was my children's nanny for 2 years. She started when my younger one was around 8 months old and was with us till she turned 2.5. I also have an older daughter who was 6 when Chrissie started with us. We couldn't have found a better person than Chrissie to take care of our children. She is extremely punctual and disciplined. In the 2 years that she worked for us she was never late. She is a very organized, systematic person and likes to stick to a schedule. She got my little one into a proper routine. My kids loved her. My little one would wait for her near the door every morning. She is good with infants, toddlers and school age kids. She would plan small projects for my little one every day, take her to the library, read books, sing songs. If the weather permits she would take her for walks and play grounds. She would occasionally take them out to restaurants and if my older one had the day off she would take them on some field trips. She would also take the kids to her house and let them play with her dogs. She is very interested in child psychology and understands different behaviors of children and why they behave/act the way they do. I used to take tips from her on how to handle my own children. She knows how to discipline kids in a kind and polite manner. At the end of the day, she was never in a hurry to leave. She would take the time to talk to me about their day and things my daughter did or said. Chrissie had become a part of our family and we all miss her! I highly recommend Chrissie.
