About Christine

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate, and determined. I like tutoring because I love to see those I am working with succeed! It is very rewarding when all of our hard work pays off. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to work with children in need of reading, phonic awareness, or language assistance. I started tutoring when I worked at a special needs cooperative school almost 20 years ago and feel in love with working with children. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, read, and do homework. I am in school earning a 2nd Master's degree in Early Childhood Education! One thing you should know about me is I am consistent and reliable. If I am tutoring and my students cannot catch on, then I had to look at the way I am teaching and adapt to my students strengths and learning styles.
