About Christine

Hello~ I have been married for 24 years and am a mom of 3 sons age 16-23yrs. I was a vet tech for 12 years and had my own dog walking/pet sitting business until 2022. I am a breast cancer survivor and want to live my fullest life by serving others and bringing them joy and compassion. After caring for children and animals I feel a special calling to care for the elderly or differently abled. This past year I had an opportunity to care for a wonderful 96 year woman with dementia and gained so much experience and many wonderful memories. I have also cared for my beloved grandmother who had Alzheimer's disease. My experience is: help bathing and dressing, (a manicure here and there), meal preparation, light housekeeping, and I am happy to go to go to appts. and do errands. I am a patient listener and love to hear stories. I am energetic and have been known to be a little silly. I would so love to help another elder or person who is in need of compassionate care and companionship.
