I moved from NJ over yr ago to retire. I am now 2 months from having my expired Practical Nursing license reinstated. 10+ years experience with raising a young adult on the Autism Spectrum. Dispensing medication(IV, pill and injections), oxygen therapy, tracheotomy care, vital signs, catheter care, wound care(wound vac and packing changing), dressing changing, and peg tube care. *Developed and implemented nursing care plans and supervised patient's daily care. *Liaison between patients, nurse, and physician *Facilitated a creative and safe environment with diversified and stimulating recreational activities. *Report changes in patients' conditions and other matters of concern requiring prompt attention. *Supervise in all areas of patient care and daily procedures.
