About Christina

I have eight years of experience being a classroom teacher. I've taught a year of Kindergarten, a year of fourth grade, and six years of sixth grade math. While teaching sixth graders math, I also taught Math Intervention (Tier 2 and Tier 3) as well as Honors Math. Last summer, I accumulated experience in tutoring an 11-year-old in math. Before college, I had a lot of babysitting experience. During college, I had a lot of experience working with young children one-on-one with reading skills. After 8 years in public education, I'll be moving to teaching 1st graders at a catholic school this coming school year. This summer, I'm looking to expand my tutoring skills and help children with any academic needs.
