I was a certified Emergency Medical Technician (lapsed TX license) and am currently in a CNA course (FL) - will test shortly. I recently worked 6 months on a med surge floor in a hospital (OK) as a nursing tech. (Left to move closer to family. Have excellent reference upon request.) I am BLS CPR certified. I am also trained in the use of oxygen therapy and ventilators, patient movement & transport, administration of medication, use of blood glucose meters, use of lift assists, assisting in personal care and hygiene and so much more.
