Hello! My name is Tina , after 25 years in banking I am excited to transition to caregiving, offering compassionate and reliable support for both children and seniors. While I may not have formal experience in child or elder care, my background in leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail has given me strong interpersonal skills and high level of responsibility that I can apply to caregiving. In my previous role as bank branch manager, I developed strong ability to listen, empathize and manage various tasks efficiently ensuring clients felt valued and supported.
