I have known Christina from January 2015 until now when she came to work with our family as our nanny when our twins were 4 weeks old. They are now 15 months old, and since that time, she has become a part of our family and we trust her with our children implicitly. Her background as a daycare owner, provider and mother of 2 gives her the knowledge and experience to be able to care for children in a hands-on, caring fashion. We could not have asked for a better nanny. Throughout our time with us, Christina was a reliable presence and we could depend on her to do just about anything (within reason) to keep our life with our twins in our home as sane as possible. She not only took great care of the twins, but used her downtime effectively to do their laundry once weekly, and keep up with cleaning of the kitchen and dishes. She would also use her off time to research care with multiples and also helped to guide us as first time parents with age appropriate activities and developmental tools given her background in childcare. It is an understatement to say that Christina loves what she does. She goes above and beyond for the children and always has their best interest at heart. You can always depend on her to be professional, yet compassionate and loving with the children. There are numerous times I witnessed her displaying these characteristics even when I would have lost my patience. She is always proactive and thinking one step ahead of the children, and even me in most cases! Christina is a diligent, efficient, hard working person who's attention to detail is impeccable. If there is something that we wanted done a certain way, we would only have to show her or tell her once and it would be done exactly in that manner without fail. Christina displays unparalleled commitment and professionalism in her work. She is extremely reliable and can be trusted to get here on time, and most of the time early. She can always be relied upon to arrive at work on time with a smile, ready to face the day with an attitude that is always positive and sure to rub off on the children.
