Registered nurse with more than 20 years of comprehensive nursing experience, ranging from acute/critical care to long-term and hospice care. I have a passion for nurturing the spirit and enriching the lives of those in my care. For me, nursing is more than tending to the medical and physical needs of those entrusted to my care... it's about giving them a reason to thrive and embrace life, regardless of vulnerability and circumstance. I have been blessed by heartache and loss in my life... those experiences have cultivated my purpose and taught me what it means to have compassion for others. When we step outside of ourselves to heal... we, too, experience healing. It's a lucky thing to have a job... but an incredible blessing to do what you love. I am incredibly blessed.
