Working at a child center for over two years has been a transformative experience for me. It has shaped me into a person who is incredibly understanding, patient, and knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with people. Working with children requires immense patience and the ability to see the world from their perspective. One thing you should know about me is that I am bilingual. I can speak both Spanish and English, and I'm also willing to help with the child's learning process. I can adjust to your child's needs because every kid is different, so that I will accommodate them. Communication would be the most important skill; it is vital because being able to articulate problems they might have in their school work and how it can affect them mentally by draining and exhausting them, so being able to talk to them and settle them through the process is a skill I have learned.
