I love this job because I get to go to work and make friends with both the clients and their families, while being a great help to them. I have experience dealing with every kind of elderly from immobile and fall risks to dementia, Alzheimer's, and diabetes, you name it, I've done it. I'm mainly routine oriented so I like to be on a schedule and very organized to make sure everything is smooth and done correctly, I've found this to be the best way to avoid any mishaps, but if the client is more relaxed and his family is okay with it, I can also be very flexible.
