With over three years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I provide written daily reports, engage in verbal communication during pickup, and offer regular updates via text or phone calls to keep parents informed about their child's day and address any concerns or issues that may arise. I follow the lead of parents when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring that consistency is maintained between home and my care.
