Christane took care of our 2 year old all day M-F for over 2 months this summer until our daycare arrangements started. Christane seamlessly transitioned to caring for our son, she adhered to our meal/nap schedule and on her own built out a routine of structured activities and free play time to fill the days. She came up with many creative activities and projects for our son, read books, played games and took initiative to help out in any way she could. Our son took to her right away and even though he often had the typical "mommy is leaving" meltdown in the mornings, she was able to quickly diffuse the situation. Christane is professional and prompt, she has never been late to arrive - not one minute - and was able to be flexible when we needed a schedule adjustment for a few days. Christane was the first non-family caretaker for our son, however she has become a beloved addition to our family, and we are going to miss our time with her terribly!
