I have worked at Cardiff Elementary School for the past 24 years. I am an Instructional Aide in a kindergarten classroom. I have worked with the same teacher for the last 22 years. I teach RAD reading groups with Kindergarten, first and second graders. I also perform various other jobs on campus. I have excellent organizational skills with creative ideas. I have been a special education aide for other districts and organized many teachers and classrooms in the past. I have an Instructional aide certificate and over the course of the last few years I have gone back to college to get units in Early Childhood Development. I have cared for plants, dogs, and have cleaned and helped organize homes. I also am a crossing guard some afternoons. Best availability is afternoons and early evenings or Saturdays.
