Hello! I'm a retired elementary school (1st & 2nd grades) and pre-school (3 y/o) teacher! I've loved working with kids all of my life. I have three grown, amazing sons and three precious grandies who I keep at their home in Austin every Tuesday. I'm an animal lover, but will not accept jobs in homes that have large, aggressive dogs. My discipline approach, if needed, is positive reinforcement and redirecting negative behavior. I think it's so very important to truly listen to children so that they feel important and seen. I'm a super positive (and sometimes silly) person and I encourage children to be their own authentic selves! I promise that your babies will receive my utmost attention, as well as feeling nurtured and safe!
