very unprofessional. Interview went well and she was suppose to come to house to meet the kids. We established a time for her to come over which she confirmed. Never showed up or messaged late or anything. when I reached out to her to ask if she was still coming she never responded (i could see she read my message). if that is the way she is before hiring her, I don't know what she'd be like when she is hired. I need someone reliable and she is not.
