I have been working with kids with disabilities for three years now yet I have never had a babysitting type job. I know I am qualified to do so after all of my experience in the classroom. In high school I took a class where I worked with teens with disabilities ranging from 14-18 years old. In the summer I work at a camp for young children with disabilities from the ages of 4-8. I have also worked with a young girl with autism at a gymnastics camp for the past few months. It has been incredibly fun and rewarding.
