I started working with kids when I was around 12 years old. I started babysitting for older cousins children and I enjoyed the experience because it taught me how to handle a lot of responsibility at a young age. I learned that every child has a different personality and temperaments. It taught me how to deal with different personality types at once. Another thing I learned is that it's possible to turn most frustrating situations to positive ones. I continued from then on. I currently work at a childcare center as an assistant teacher where I implement these practices on the daily basis. One thing you should know about me is A couple things you should know about me is that I am a very structured person I thrive in a organized environment. I enjoy having a routine. But I am also flexible and creative. I can work with all personalities. I'm a problem solver not a problem starter. I have a lot of patience and compassion when comes to helping and understanding children.

I had a great experience with Chloe. She worked for me for about a year. She was very precise and caring with my children who were three and seven at the time she was caring for them. She was very flexible and adaptable with my children and I’s needs. We do have a dogs, she also helped with light care for them as well. She kept my household running for me while I was working or if I needed a mommy day for myself. We still keep In contact. I highly recommend her services, she would an asset to any family.
