About Chloe

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, unwaveringly positive, and responsible! I began being responsible for children when I was around 12 or 13. I have a much older sister, and her children have become like my children. I started working paid childcare jobs when I was about 16 or 17, mostly for family and friends. These jobs included multiple-child homes and children with physical and learning disabilities. My top three child care skills are: 1) Combining fun and creativity with education. I enjoy finding ways to make learning interesting and something children look forward to! 2) Multitasking to ensure your home is kept clean and tidy, while simultaneously providing the best childcare possible. 3) Understanding that what the parent/guardian says, goes. I ALWAYS respect parents' rules and enforce them with a gentle, yet firm attitude!
