I like working with kids because they have a lot of creativity and imagination which makes the day exciting and unpredictable. Kids also are usually curious to learn which can create opportunities to learn alongside with them and discover new things together. I also think it is great being able to watch them progress with achievements and watch them grow and learn new things. I started working with kids when I took a childhood development class in high school. I got to actually work with them in the preschool which is really enjoyed. I got to see them develop throughout the year and teach them new things. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and family. Since I'm in college for the majority of the year, when I come home for the summer I try to prioritize the time I have with my friends and family by doing things with them that I wouldn't be able to do while I'm at school.
