For example I can use a drill, stud finder, tape measure, patch drywall, paint, use various power tools. Plus other skills that can be put to use around your home! My pay rates are determined by the size of the property to be cleaned, and how often my services are needed! Rate info: For 1 time cleaning calls I charge a Flat Rate of 60$ per job for the 1st Hour of work, then 25$ per hour after the 1st hour until the job is done. If home improvement services are needed the price will adjust FAIRLY! I am honest and dependable and excited to work with you! Reoccurring jobs my fee is 25$ per hour!
