As a nurturing individual with four years of experience, I find immense joy in fostering children's growth and development. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to support families by providing reliable childcare. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children. I believe in open communication with parents, using written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I adapt my communication style to the parents' preferred method. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games to promote learning. With some college education and coursework in early child development, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide quality care. I hold current certifications in First Aid Training.
