I began working as a childcare provider in high school and soon after, I stumbled upon a job as a nanny for a young girl with several disabilities. I had very little experience and her parents were gracious enough to provide me with necessary training. Since then, I have been working closely with her and her family and have been lucky enough to watch her grow over the last five years. Along with this experience, throughout college, I've been a part-time PCA for several other clients with a range of diagnoses and ages. I have experience working with neuro divergent children. Along with this, I've also worked with clients with mobility issues. I love what I do and I am eager to learn and listen. Everyone has such different needs: a different experience and story. I've found that listening and learning are truly two of the most invaluable tools. I've also learned the importance of being adaptable, organized, resourceful, and patient.
