I've been a Hospice Aide for the last 5 yrs and I have worked in nursing homes, memory care and assisted living facilities. I enjoy caring for the elderly, talking and laughing with them, even through the ruff days. My clients often turn into an extended family. Compassion is essential when caring for an individual and patience is vital. I did receive my Associates degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and will be receiving my license to practice this year!
